Topicmaps.net's Processing Model for XTM
1.0 defines a set of rules for processing topic map
documents in order to reconstitute the meaning of the
information they are intended to convey to their
recipients. It could be used as a partial blueprint for
a topic maps application, but that is not its primary
purpose. Its primary purpose is merely to illustrate, in
a rigorous fashion, the authors' deepest
understanding of the meaning of topic map information.
